Neha Dhupia is the latest actress in B-Town to receive threatening and obscene calls from Mairaj Sheikh aka Don, who identifies himself as Manayata’s (Sanjay Dutt’s girlfriend) husband.Last week, the same caller had threatened Kangana Ranaut and Dolly Bindra. Earlier, he has harassed Kareena Kapoor, Rakhi Sawant, Nagma and Divya Dwivedi.Fed upAccording to Ranaut’s complaint, Mairaj reportedly threatened her secretary Sawant that he would kill him and throw acid on Kangana’s face if he didn’t send her for an ‘overnight stay’ at his house.He even promised to pay Rs 5 lakh. As for Neha, a source close to her says, “Neha has been getting these calls for over a month now, and she is fed up.” Neha admits, “Once or twice, I picked up his call as I didn’t recognise the number. He claims he is Manayata’s husband. I can’t even tell you what he says and writes in his SMSes, they’re so dirty and cheap.”Second thoughtA while ago, Neha decided to file a police complaint and change her mobile number, but on second thought, held herself back. “I thought the calls and messages would eventually stop,” she says. Of course, they haven’t. “Now, I’ve decided to pick up only those numbers I can identify. I hope to be more at peace with my phone now,” she says with a sigh.
