Suhasini rips Shriya for Sivaji, in sify.com

Suhasini Maniratnam, has started a new television programme “Hasini Pesum Padam”, on Jaya TV (Thursday 9.30 to 10.30 pm) reviewing Tamil films. It is a bold and daring show in which Suhasini points out the plus and minus of each film.
Last week Hasini Pesum Padam featured the review of Sivaji in which she spoke about Shriya the heroine of the film. Suhasini says in the review that Shriya looks good in songs, but can’t emote or perform! Shriya has come in for criticism from Rajnikant fans who feel that she is the weakest heroine cast opposite him!
What made the one-hour programme interesting was that it was quite an honest assessment of the film. She said that the highlight of "Sivaji" is the "star power, charisma and child-like innocence of Rajnikant, plus the technical finesse”. On the downside, she said that the story is weak, nothing new as Shankar has told the same story in Muthalvan.
